At Drylet, while the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our priority, we also recognize the important role our products play for our valued customers during this critical time. In Houston, Texas, where our corporate headquarters are located, our Mayor issued a stay-home-work-safe order earlier this week. While this impacts us locally, our customers, partners and employees across the U.S and as well as in Europe, are dealing with similar or more stringent restrictions.
All of us have been striving to adjust to the very dynamic situation as well as the extraordinary challenging circumstances we are facing. Despite the stay-home-work-safe order, our team is committed to providing the high level of service and responsiveness which each of our customers has come to expect from Drylet. Obviously, we are doing so while rigorously implementing the strategies mandated by the health agencies to slow down the spread of COVID-19.
My thoughts and heartfelt appreciation go out to all our customers’ employees who must continue to show up at work, particularly in the wastewater treatment sector (both municipal and industrial) and the livestock production and processing industries. The importance of your work for human health, welfare and national stability cannot be overstated. We are dedicated to continuing to support your efforts in these critical infrastructure sectors.
We are working with our partners to ensure the continuity of our manufacturing process so that we are able to keep our promises to you. At the same time, we might not be able to guarantee the same rapid order-to-delivery time for our products. However, please know that we make every effort to ensure that your business does not experience any significant impact. We commit to keeping you informed on any significant changes in our supply chain so as to prevent any surprises.
