ManureMagic® Fall Promo — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
• $150 New Customer Discount: limited to first-time purchasers of ManureMagic® (one per farm or business).
• Employees of Drylet, its affiliates, distributors, or their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

• Runs from September 15, 2025 – November 30, 2025.
• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on November 30, 2025.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase any bucket of ManureMagic® during the promo period.
• Upload your receipt using the official entry form at [Promo Entry Page].
• Each bucket purchased = one (1) entry. Multiple entries allowed.

4. Prize Details

• Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) 45-quart ManureMagic® branded cooler.
• Draw dates: October 15, November 15, and December 2, 2025.
• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
• No cash equivalent or substitution allowed.

5. Discount Details

• $150 discount is valid only on the first purchase of ManureMagic®.
• One redemption per farm or business.
• Discount subject to receipt verification by Drylet or authorized dealer.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of drawing.
• Winners must respond within 10 business days or an alternate may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• Drylet reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms.
• By entering, participants agree to Drylet’s Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions.
• Drylet is not responsible for technical errors, incomplete submissions, or lost entries.

8. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants release Drylet, affiliates, and distributors from any liability related to participation or use of prizes.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will only be used for administering the promotion and fulfilling prizes.
